What limits belong in coverage?
Looly is not end-to-end encrypted. EU original storage does not imply EU-only processing. Relatives must sign in; viewing is not an anonymous public-link experience. The FamilyAlbum importer is unofficial, and cannot recreate quality absent from its source files.
A native iOS client exists, but this fact sheet does not announce a public store release or a download URL. Use the web app until an official public listing is linked from Looly.
What to know before you start
Looly is not end-to-end encrypted. Originals are stored in the EU; processing and delivery can operate globally. Relatives must sign in. Android access is through the browser. Importing cannot restore quality missing from a source file. Recurring plans start with a 14-day trial, require a card and renew automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends.
